Outreach and Social Networking

The NFDF maintains several social media sites.

We like to provide you with information where you like to get it. We have a Facebook page, a twitter account, a Linked-In account and an Inspire discussion page. 

In our handout The Fabry Community Landscape we tell you about other Fabry community social networking sites as well. 

To show your support and to stay in touch, please "Like" our Facebook page and follow us on Facebook and Twitter. We usually post information on Facebook before our website or newsletter. 

The other type of social networking we do is the awesome face-to-face kind. Through regional meetings, our annual Fabry family conference and the annual Charles Kleinschmidt Fabry Family Camp we bring families together to get to know each other and to learn from each other. Many families who have participated leave camp with the beginnings of long-term friendships and mutual support relationships. It is community building at its best.
