The National Fabry Disease Foundation and the Canadian Fabry Association partner to provide individuals and family members in the U.S. and Canada with access to free counseling services through our Family Assistance Program (FAP). The NFDF/CFA have contracted the confidential professional counseling services of Kathleen Greer Associates (KGA), who are standing by and ready to take our calls.
We understand a great deal of hardship, stress, and anxiety can accompany the burden of Fabry disease. The Family Assistance Program is provided for your health and well-being. This program offers free, confidential, short-term counseling, resources, consultation, and stress and personal issues referrals.
